Engineering steering, 12 weeks
By day 14 you have a written plan: what to keep, what to rebuild, and the order. After that I work with your engineers every week on how they test and check their work. Every week you get a scorecard you can read without calling your developer, and 30 minutes with me to decide what happens next. Your team stays your team. My job is making sure the people you're already paying are doing it right. When a new tool is worth it, I bring it in and your team learns it from me.

Hire your CTO
When it's time, I write the role and run the technical interviews so you pick the right person. Then I step back.
