I spent a lot of time studying NLP, neuro-linguistic programming, which looks at how the words we use shape what we do. One of the first things I learned was outcome framing: seven questions that take a goal from vague to something you can act on. I realized the same idea applies to AI agents. They are built from our language, so the questions that make a goal clear to a person make it clear to an agent too.
This skill takes you through those seven questions before you build anything or hand a goal to an agent. Each one has an agent version, such as what success looks like and what the agent is allowed to change. By the end, you have a goal the agent can deliver on.
